Saturday: Proms are for 4 hours
No Charge while at dance: You can split the time before dance and after dance

30% non-refundable deposit
20% gratuity and 5% gas surcharge is additional to the stated rates
Balance of all trips to be paid 14 days "prior" to the Prom date
All credit card payments must be made to the American Coach Limousine office by faxing us a front and back copy of the credit card and a copy of the cardholder's drivers license
An additional hourly rate of $95/hr will apply if a trip exceeds the allotted service time.
Any out of pocket expenses incurred by the driver including parking and toll charges will be added.

The balance of a cash or check must be paid in full within 2 weeks *PRIOR* to the Prom

All cancellations are subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled fewer than 15 days notice
