Limo Rental Cancelation Faqs

For all cancellation please call us at 630-469-7771

Airports trips must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the reservation or the trip will be charged in full. Wedding, Charters, and all other special events must be cancelled at least 10 day prior to the reservation to avoid a full charge. However the deposit for these services is non refundable.

American Coach Limousine reserves the right to cancel any reservation under the following circumstances. Clients endanger themselves or the chauffeur. Excessively inappropriate behavior. Verbal or physical abuse of the chauffeur. Non Payment. Damages caused by clients to any property of American Coach's Limousine. Clients can not be located within ? hour of pre arrangned pickup If reservation is cancelled for any of the reasons listed above, full payment is still required.
